Who did we speak to?Who did we talk to?

What does TriOpSys do, and what did you recognize in them at Fundaments?
Rob: “TriOpSys specializes in consulting, building, and managing mission-critical IT systems. Fundaments possesses a number of unique qualities that we also share. It is a Dutch company, with Dutch owners and Dutch data centers, which is obviously crucial for offering a sovereign Cloud.” Eduard adds: “It’s a pleasure working with TriOpSys; we discuss serious topics, but we do so in a fun way.”
What is Mission Critical IT?
Rob: “You are advising on the construction and management of systems that must never fail, because if they do, it generally leads to major economic damage or even human suffering or loss of life. We work extensively for the government, for example, for emergency dispatch centers or traffic control centers.” Eduard: “Fundaments' Mission Critical Cloud is built from the ground up to be fully redundant. We have analyzed every scenario, so if something goes wrong, we know exactly what the safety net is to keep things running.”
What does the sovereign Cloud mean to you?
Rob: “It means being independent of other parties, such that no one can influence your data.” Eduard: “It means knowing where the data is stored, who has access to it, who manages it, and who owns the Cloud platform. And by doing so, you ensure compliance with Dutch legislation.”
What is "cloud anxiety"?
Eduard: “Cloud anxiety is wanting to move to the Cloud but being afraid to actually do it.” Rob: “We have defined a special approach for this, where we first show customers that this anxiety doesn't have to be justified and that they can move to the Cloud in small steps.”
Rob, what do you like about the partnership?
“The quick response times, understanding that these are essential systems, and providing high quality: these are essential things for us, and that is what Fundaments delivers. They do that really well.”
And how do you see the future?
Rob: “Our shared challenge is and remains to offer good, new services to our customers.” Eduard: “I see it as bright, because we can still onboard many companies and institutions with cloud anxiety in a secure way, allowing those customers and institutions to take advantage of the benefits of the Cloud.”
